The Event

A Recruitment Fair Built Like a Filter, Not a Funnel

Most education fairs measure success in footfall. EduWorld measures it in fit. Every visitor who walks through the door in Rabat or Casablanca will already be sorted by subject interest and study level before they reach your stand — so the three days you spend here aren't spent explaining what a foundation year is to someone who was never going to apply.

"Families walking into Rabat and Casablanca aren't browsing — they've already done the research and narrowed their list. Your stand needs one answer ready: why you, specifically."

Through one registration, participating institutions gain access to Morocco's two largest education markets — Casablanca and Rabat — across five days of intensive student recruitment, from private school visits to headline exhibition days and a closing gala.

Morocco's outbound student market has historically routed almost entirely through France, with a handful of other destinations picking up the remainder. That pattern is loosening. A generation raised on English-language media, dual-language schooling and a wider menu of scholarship programmes is asking sharper questions about where to study — not just whether to leave. EduWorld exists for the institutions ready to answer those questions in person, before a student has already signed with someone else.

What We're Here To Do

What to expect at your stand

Visitors typically arrive with three or four countries already on their shortlist, a rough sense of their budget, and often a parent alongside them for the final call. Come ready for the questions that matter most: how a foreign credential is recognised back home, what a realistic post-graduation visa or work path looks like, and whether scholarship money is need-based or merit-based. Reps who can answer those three on the spot tend to walk away with the strongest shortlist of contacts.

Who you'll meet

Rabat's single-day format at the Sofitel is built for focused, decision-stage conversations — expect sharper scholarship and visa questions. Casablanca's two-day run at the Marriott is broader, drawing more first-time attendees and more parents comparing options side by side. Bringing literature and staff suited to both settings will get you more out of the full three days than treating it as one long session.

A Wide Enough Range That Every Student Finds a Fit

How to get the most out of your visit

Before

Write down your top 3 countries or fields of study before you arrive. Reps can go deeper, faster, when you're not starting from "I don't know yet."

Bring

Recent transcripts or grade estimates, a rough budget range, and — if you have one — a language test score (IELTS/TOEFL/DELF/DALF). None are required at the door, but they turn a browsing conversation into a real one.

Ask

Push past the glossy pitch: ask about graduate employment rates, what support exists for international students specifically, and what the true first-year cost is including housing.

After

Applications for September intakes typically close in the months right after the Expo. Leave with a written list of deadlines for every institution you spoke to — don't rely on memory.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Is entry free for students and parents?

Yes. Entry is free for all students, parents and school counsellors at every venue and every day of the Expo — no ticket or pre-registration required to attend.

Can institutions exhibit in only one city?

Registration covers both cities as a package — Rabat (21 Jan) and Casablanca (22–23 Jan) — because most institutions get more value from both markets than either alone. If your recruitment strategy genuinely only needs one city, contact us directly to discuss options.

What happens if I register after the Early Bird deadline?

You can still register at the Standard rate (US$4,950) right up until the exhibitor cut-off closer to the event, subject to stand availability — space in both venues is limited and tends to fill in the final weeks.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

No minimum age. The Expo is designed for high-school-aged students through postgraduate applicants, and families are welcome to bring younger siblings.
